Owen Sound Hottest Street Sale
BACK FOR ANOTHER GREAT YEAR
The Hottest Street sales is the biggest event in downtown Owen Sound every July.
Come find us on the corner of 8th and 2nd Ave.
We’ll have out butter tarts, cookies, bottled brownies available.
But come early! We sell out fast at this busy event.
We have tasted tart’s across the province and along the butter tart trail. We consider ourselves true connoisseur‘s of the traditional butter tart.
After sampling your raisin tart this weekend, we would like to honour you with a 10 out of 10! The pastry was perfect; lightly golden, with a flaky crispness. The filling was a good depth, buttery rich and a nice consistency.
We have not awarded this rating to anyone on ‘The Bruce’ in several years. Congratulations, well done!

All last summer Gage and the Talie’s Tarts team had been fundraising for Sick Kids hospital. 💕 Our Thanksgiving fundraiser was a massive success!
The rain may have tried to hamper things, but the Lion’s Head Farmers Market community showed up with your incredible support, personal connections to Sick Kids and words of encouragement.
Thanks to your generosity this weekend and over the whole season and to Young’s Jewelry in Brantford ON and Ayr Clock Doc, we raised a grand total of $2,197 for Sick Kids.
